Where to go 4 a day for our 3rd anniversary?

me and my boyfrend are celebrating 3years together on the 23rd of this month, i want to surprise him by going out of london, UK, for a day but be back at london by 6.30.

where can we go and what can we do?

i was thinking going bournemouth for lunch and doing something there because we always stay in london for celebrations.

How about a day in the Cotswolds, not far away, but lovely!!!

Forget Bournemouth, If the weather is good pack a nice picnic include some chilled bubbly and head for Hampstead Heath its lovely! And you can grab a nice quiet corner and chill in the wilderness!

why dont you go southend you can get a ticket each on the C2C line from limehouse and that tiket will also get u in on the southend theme park, u got the beacha nd eaterys around too! and the journey is about 45mins i think i cant remember

It depends what part of London you live in.  If you're in South London or near it then a trip to Brighton is feasible (from Victoria, Clapham Junction, East Croydon) and you could have lunch by the sea, a glass of Champagne at Hotel du Vin or the De Vere Grand Hotel, have a kiss on the pier and be back in time for dinner.
