Question:

Where to go for August honeymoon?!?

My fiance & i want to go somewhere tropical, where i can snorkel, he can surf, & we can do lots of other activities. We've been to Hawaii so that's out. Tahiti is too expensive :( We'd like to spend $3000- $5000 so all inclusive may be best. We live in San Diego.

Places we've thought about include: Jamaica, Cosa Rica, Mexico, Aruba, Bahamas, Bonaire, St Lucia, Cayman Islands.

Any input you have is appreciated! :)

  5. cuba?

  6. Australia

  7. Panama is pretty cool.  you can check out three evolution of society.  1800's 1920' and 1980's . Their still the things you want to do scuba snorkeling and so fourth.  It's also the bang for the buck also!

  8. The Dominican Republic (Punta Cana) is a great place to go. The Riu Bambu is nice, they have a lot of other resorts, also. It's inexpensive, has some of the best beaches in the world, and a great atmosphere. When I went, it cost about $1,200 per person. This is all inclusive, as well. The activities are a bit expensive, and can be a little lack-luster (like the snorkeling, but that may have changed), but it is an island paradise. Great food, also. I highly recommend it!
