Any recommendations of places for good lady boy show in Bangkok?

Hmm... go to Patpong, you can get a private ladyboy show for a few hundred baht...

If you want a cabaret show, there are plenty.  Just ask a tour agent when you get here, or go out and find one on your own... if you book it online in advance you will pay a lot more.

The bar weescots mentioned in Washington Sq is the Mambo on Soi 22. In Thailand ladyboys are also called  Kaytoeys.  There are two shows at the Mambo.   After each show the ladyboys, dressed in fabulous outfits, go outside to pose with the tourists at 20 baht per picture.   So you don't have to go to the show itself, you can just wait outside after the 8:30 or 10:30 show. 

If you would like a GoGo bar with Kaytoeys there are two of them in the Nana plaza on Soi 4, the Casanova Bar and the Obsession Bar, both in Nana Plaza, are ka-toey bars. The ones there can  be taken out, avoid the ones walking the streets, as with the girls they can be a problem.

Spice Girls bar in the middle of Soi Cowboy. Soi Cowboy is Sukhumvit Road and Asoke Road. There are many others.

Try the Calypso Cabaret at the Asia Hotel, it's probably the biggest and best show in Bangkok, the other good one, the Ratchada Cabaret is closed for renovation. It's very entertaining, have fun.

I forget the name of it but it is in Washington Square the other side of the road to Surkhivit Soi 33 where the Irish Bar is.

Take the sky train to Emporium and walk back it is about 80 metres
