Where to go for a great night out in Madrid?

My brother and I are going to Madrid tomorrow and I need to find some bars and nightclubs that are lively. Will greatly appreciate your suggestions. I will give 10 pts when I come back.

Jon i live in Madrid and theres a lot of choices... it depends of u... and ur tastes... but ma favourites club is Ananda is near Atocha http://www.ananda.es/ if u come here in summer and go to ananda, the summer season there is wonderful, always... Near ananda is Kapital... ppl in Madrid used to liked it... have very different stiles, and a cinema inside... so u can do what u want http://www.grupo-kapital.com/webinicio/w...

And them if u want to know something really good go to Gabana.

Madrid is not the place for having tapas.. something tipical in spain.. but u can do it in avila or salamanca.

In Madrid is forbidden doing botellon, but all ppl do it... so if u know madrid with spanish.. maybe have this experience.

Not a nightclub -- but a great place for serious grub! Try "Botin" supposedly the world's oldest restaurant.  The suckling pig is amazing!  It is near Plaza Mayor -- another great hang out.  Enjoy your trip.
