you have to catch them fresh yourself actually. the swampy areas usually have the best ones. you know the red tree frogs are delish. catch them and simmer them in butter for 14 hours straight. it is very important not to allow the temperature to change. then once you have done that... toss those suckers in some shake and bake and throw a little munster cheese on them and bake them at 400 degrees for 37.9 minutes. served over captain crunch and you have the best meal
