We used an awesome online company at  www.smallbiz.com  They will incorporate you in all states of the U.S.  They will also send you a sheet showing all the other government entities you need to register with for your business. They are very reasonable, have live telephone support, and help you every step of the way at a fraction of the cost of an attorney. Check out their website and see if they work for you.
