Where to go on 5 day vacation?

My friend and I get a 5 day vacation next month but we dont know where to go. We live in South Dakota but want to get out of the state. Is there any good concerts or anthing going on in August?

San Antonio!!!!!!!!!! you have so many clubs, and there are really good ones downtown. you have six flags fiesta texas, sea world, the zoo, the alamo, ripley's believe it or not/the wax museum, the river walk, the tower of the americas, hemisfair park, McNay art museum, japanese tea gardens, botanical garden, splashtown, children's museum, market sqaure, river center mall, north star mall, rolling oaks mall, ingram park mall, south park mall, windsor park mall, the shops at la cantera, etc.

and a little ways off, you have schlitterbaun, natural bridge caverns, natural bridge wildlife ranch, and the guadalupe river

there arent any concerts goin on in august .. or at least not that i know of.
