Where to go to date very old wallpaper.?

Question

We live in a cruck timber cottage and have recently removed the dreaded platerboard to reveal the most beautiful and very large medieval cruck timbers. These in parts have been wallpapered at some time and I was trying to find out who to contact so I can get a date for the wallpaper? We can date the timbers through Dendro, but obviously the paper is a much, much later addition.

Any ideas please?
