Where to have a party?

I having a birthday party with 7 of my friends today at 5 as it turns out what i had planned a pool party is ruined because of the rain. i had nothing else planned and do not know what to do for an 1 hour am thinking movies or something but i has to be cheap.

please help me my party is today 8-29 answer fast.

Well hopefully it quits raining, but if not, go rent a few movies, and make a home made pizza to keep everyone entertained. You'll have fun, with whatever you do, just keep your friends busy, with things they like to do.
