Where to have a sweet 16 in salt lake city utah?

I'm turning 16 on september twenty third and i am going

to have a big party but i can not find a place to have it

any one have idea's?

It all depends on how much money your parents have agreed to spend!  If your budget is small, ask the bishop of the ward you live in (even if you're not LDS) they might let you use the gym or they might have an outdoor pavillion with picnic tables and such you could use.  A public park, like in sugarhouse, also has pavillions you can reserve.

If money is not an issue, there are a million places you could have it.  Just open up your yellow pages and start calling restaurants and places where people have wedding receptions, and see how much they charge.  Someplace like one of the ski resorts would also be an option.
