Where to hide if there is a tornado warning!?

Hey guys down in Texas there's been real big storms hitting us and there are a lot of tornado warnings going on and since i have never experienced one i dont know where to hide or take refuge in! i know the house is only made out of brick from the outside the rest is just wood and i know it wont hold up against a tornado so is it really safe for someone to take cover in a house and if it is where?

Crouch in a bathtub or in a small closet.  

If your on the road, hide under an overpass if there is one.

That must be a scary feeling...

go to a basement or a low part of your house without windows. If you do not have a basement, hide in the bathroom with a mattress covered over you to prevent debris from hitting you.

The best thing to do is to hide in the bath tub, with a mattress over you.Or in a basement with no Windows. If the tornado gets out of hand,and your in the basement go under the stairs.

The preferred place, according to NOAA is : IN A HOUSE IN A BASEMENT...UNDER STURDY FURNITURE. IF NO BASEMENT IS AVAILABLE...GO TO THE LOWEST FLOOR...IN AN INTERIOR HALLWAY OR SMALL INTERIOR ROOM...SUCH AS A CLOSET OR

BATHROOM. USE BLANKETS OR PILLOWS TO COVER AND PROTECT YOUR BODY FROM FLYING DEBRIS. ALWAYS STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

The best place would be whichever is sturdier, The best thing to do, if your bathroom is in the basement and has a bathtub, go there, get into the bathtub, if there is one, and cover with pillows or several blankets. If you have a shower, and it is not glass, do the same there, curl in the shower, on the floor, covered with pillows and blankets to protect from flying glass and debris.

IDK? i live in california, there no tornado's here. it seems like theirs always tornado's and hurricane like every month near the southern states!!!
