i'M LOOKING FOR THE JAPANESE LANGUAGE TEACHER TO TEACH IN MY CENTRE. WHERE CAN I FIND THE JAPANESE TEACHER OR NATIVE SPEAKER TO TEACH IN MY CENTRE.

Why don't you try the nearest Japanese consulate or embassy? Also, you could see if there are any Japanese schools or weekend jukus in your area, where the teachers might know someone who could teach in your centre.
