Where to keep mini horses in The Sacramento Area?

I want a mini horse but I don't know where to keep it. I do not want to spend to much. Any help?

Maybe you can look in Craigslist or call one of the rescue centers for a mini that needs a forever home.  If you have to board the horse out, it will be very costly unless you can find someone near you who has room and is willing to board your mini.  It is a lot of responsibility and is not cheap.   Good Luck
