Looking for small F&B business to takeover But can't find a website that provide good info

The best of all is through word of mouth or you could go to classified ads in the strait time and go to the listing state stall to take over. F & B business is not so good as in the 60s & 70s you can find it every where shopping centre, coffee shop, hawker centre, located in the heartland maybe your food have some specialitiy in it who knows ......good hunting and selling from me to you. Nowadays the F&B had been dominated by the big player like Food Junction, Kopitiam, Food Republic, S11, S21.....etc I'm not trying to splash cool water as the says in cantonese do your sum first ok
