Where to make appt for biometrics?

My friends daughter needs to renew her resident card and I can't seem to find a number where she can make an appointment for biometrics. Can anyone help me? I can only find the address. We live in Atlanta.

the immigration service will make the appointment for biometrics after your friend submits the form I-90, they will send her to the nearest application support center for biometrics. (I-751 if it is the conditional resident card)
