Where to make customized t-shirts?

Question

Can anyone recommend a reliable website that does affordable custom printing on plain white t-shirts?

The only ones I can find want $15+ per shirt. We'll be ordering at least 15 shirts for our team that's participating in the Heart Association Walk. It seems senseless to spend $150+ on t-shirts when it seems much of that money could go towards our cause.
