  1. You can meet people anywhere.  Approach them with a "Hello" and complements work well also.  Simple is best.  Ask them a question - If you are in a grocery store and you see someone you are attracted to, ask them for help in preparing dinner for the night.  EXAMPLE:  Hi, I'm sorry to bother you but I am just lost here.  Do you know how to make burritos?  Would you be willing to help me find the ingredents I need?  

    If everything goes well, invite them over for dinner sometime.
