Where to place figurines?

Question

i was wondering where to properly place the following figurines

happy buddha, elephants, dragon, and phoenix also i was wondering should i buy just one dragon for evil spirts or do i have to buy two such as one for evil sprits and the other to pair with the phoenix

The happy buddha and the elephants need to be placed near a window facing East.  The dragon should be placed in you bedroom close to your bed.  The phoenix does not need to be with any figurines but it needs to be placed next to a live plant.
