Recycler don't accept soda tabs. That is a Charity program.

but you can donate them to the Ronald Mc Donald House in the Campbell building, and possibly win prizes.

1500 of them makes one pound.

The first poster is incorrect, many recycling centers do accept tabs, but you must make a phone call first, only 84% of the recyclers I have contacted accept tabs.

Do not expect a lot of money for your tabs, they are after all just scrap metal, or CLEAN ALUMINUM, and it takes 1,538 tabs to make a pound of aluminum. there is nothing special about tabs, they are actually made of the same sheet aluminum as the can. Aluminum ranges from 50 cents to 1 dollar per pound, depending where you live.
