Where to recycle stuff the city does not, ie- blenders, popcorn popper, etc.?

  1. Post it on freecycle.com  or freecycle.ca, not sure if ca works.  People want the most amazing stuff, and if is free to them, let them take it if is working or repairable

  2. I find if I leave them out with trash, there are so many people looking to sell scrap metal and fix items for their own use (needy people) they are picked up and somebody gets use of them.

  3. I freecycle.com all that stuff...thinking that someone might want to tinker with it and get it running again. If there are no takers at freecycle, my final resort is to disassemble the appliance, and recycle out what can be recycled such as glass and metal components.
