Where to rent a car at age 18 in Toronto?

There are places like Hong Zhu and Kyron that rent to 18 and over but with a cash deposit. Are there any places that rent to 18 with a hold deposit on a credit card?

I highly doubt anyone will rent a car to an 18 year old even with a credit card.
