Where to run in Seoul, Korea?

Question

I need to train for track and field, but i can't find any open track where you can run, and the high schools have a track, but are closed off for other people....where can I find a track or place to run outdoors to train??

I think there is a large open park area by the Han river, near yeouido and the 63 building?

Also Namsan park could work. (around seoul tower) It isnt a track, but it is outdoors, nice and shady, and steep so could build up your strength and fitness.
