Where to source a grant for speedway concrete safety barrier?

Our club has been operational for 50 years, we have at present a tyre wall which is proving to be more of a danger. We are seeking a grant to improve our safety issue with the current tyre wall we have applied 3 times to sport & rec in Victoria, but they have no interest in motor sport where would we seek out a grant.

Have you tried contacting the sanctioning body that holds the races there?  If that fails, try the Canadian government (what we call the Federal Government in the US), not the provincial government.  Around here, the state governments are more or less powerless to do anything like that, and we have to go to the feds to get anything.

BTW, Safer barriers are steel and foam ........which is where it gets its name ..... Steel And Foam Energy Reduction.
