My idea is to take japanese and american cars (mostly japanese), put some modifications on them, and sell them to the younger generation. Example, body kits, nos, subwoofers, paint, etc. Think fast and furious for the average joe.

  1. if you have a dealership you cant sell a car with nitrous.

even the factor installed nitrous injected saleen focus was not allowed to be sprayed on

  2. adding that will lower the price for the car. you should buy cars with dents or minor engine problems or any kind of minor problems fix them then sell them for more that way. stick with acura honda toyota cars that hold there value.

  3. You can try it but to make cash you'll have to sell the cars for outrageous prices. I know of dealers that have done that. They don't tend to last very long and their cars were way overpriced. Think about it this way: Most people interested in custom cars want to have it done themselves. It's an extension of themselves. It's what they chose to put on their cars, not someone else. It defeats the purchase to buy a prepackaged custom car. Maybe you can pull it off but most people gradually build up to the total cost. They can get it done cheaper than buying it off a dealer lot already done up.

  4. start it on a busy street where lots of people can see your lot

i don't think you will get your money back out of the cars adding on the parts and labor.  where i live a lot like that would not sell anything but if there is a demand for them where u live then you might do ok.

i personally would never buy a japanese car especially with the fast and furious look.  but i know trucks with lift kits never get there money back out of them, so assuming that will be the same with you
