Where to start? excercising ?

im a 16 yo boy. im about 5'11 (179cm) and i weight 65 kilos (144 pounds). i know im too skinny but anyway. i was just wondering if there were any exercises i could do just to build a bit of strength. im not interested in joining a gym or anything yet.. just a few simple things i could daily. any suggestions?

  1. Metabolism plays a vital role in gaining weight. But. to gain weight what it requires is optimal hormone production for which you require the right fats in your gain weight diet.

    Examples of these fats would include:

    coconut oil

    animal fats

    eggs

    Essential oils

    butter

    cheese

    stay away from trans fats and hydrogenated fats!!


  2. Try this workout.  All you need is a pair of dumbbells or you can use water bottles.

  3. A few things you could do:

    25 pushups every 4 hours to start, increase by 5 every week

    25 Sit-ups every 4 hourst to start, increase by 5 every week

    10 clapping pushups (ex. when you come up from bending your arms in a pushup clap then land in the "down position") increase by 2 every week (also, if you dont understand then look up "how to do a clapping pushup on Youtube.com and see what it gives you)

    25 Lunges every 4 hours ( all of thes are every 4 hours) increase by 5 every week

    Do this every day, twice a day, four hours between.
