Where to start learning Visual Basic .net?

I have an ambition to create a Football (Soccer) Management Game in Visual Basic. But my question is where to start learning Visual Basic .net?

Google VB.NET Tutorials or something, so you learn the basics, then start going through other peoples code!

I prefer watching tutorial videos - they give you the "get your hands dirty" experience of watching someone who knows what they are doing physically write code and explain what their code is doing...
