Where to stay in CANCUN for spring break?

Me and two of my mates are heading to Cancun for spring break next year, we were wondering if anyone had an idea of where we should stay that is cheap and of some quality. Also somewhere all the hot American girls hang out... heheh

rent a house in Playa Del Carmen. it is right next to Cancun. you can drive  a rental car to Cancun and take a boat over to Cozumel if you want.

We rented a house that was near a hotel, and we were allowed to use the hotel pool and eat there.... and let me tell you it was NICE!

also its right by the ocean.

DON'T GO. IT'S A VERY BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND CITY, BUT IT'S TOO TOURISTY AND CROWDED IN THE SUMMER AND JUST IMAGINE HOW IT GETS DURING SPRING BREAK!!!!! WELL, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR CHAOS AND A BUNCH OF DRUNK WASTED COLLEGE PPL, FINE, GO AHEAD. THEY TURN A PERFECT BEACH INTO A CRAZY PLACE.

Don't stay in Cancun then, cause all the hot American chicks stay in Panama Beach Florida.

Sun Palace.  It's all-inclusive, reasonable, and on the strip.

Im goin in January and were staying at the Radisson. Its nice and not too expensive...If you go to apple vacations.com you can find alot of good hotels, and you can even get some of the good deals if you dont go through apple..Do not stay at the Riu, it is expensive and it sucks, and dont do an all inclusive, its not worth it, and you will be stuck having to eat the food at your hotel the whole time, and its gross
