  1. look up  Discover Ireland website. By mid Sept. the high  season is just over and some bargains may be available. Not much to do though with a young infant and no car. Lots of local tours but they can be expensive.

  2. Instead of going to Dingle might I suggest The Town of Killarney about 17-20 Kilometres away about 15 Miles. It would have more Amenities for someone with an Infant as it is a good sized Town, more Creche and Medical Services. The National Park is a short Walk away in the Town, and you have the Vistas of the Kerry Mountains before you. You can Hire Mountain Bikes and go Trekking the Hills and National Park you do not have to do anything to Strenuous like going up 45 Degree Gradients. There is Plenty of Pubs and Night Clubs, and you can go on these Day Tours Taking in all of Kerry. There are a Lot of Guest Houses B+B and Hotels in the Town and DIstrict. Have a nice Holiday.
