Where to stay in Lima and Cuzco ,Peru?

Do you know of a nice,clean,confortable,well located, and affordable place to stay in Lima and Cuzco, Peru. I am looking for nice hostels or albergues.I will be there with my in-laws, so I would like them to enjoy their stay.

For the best quality at great value I would recommend El Olivar in Lima and the Casa San Blas in Cusco.
