Where to store pesto?

I just bought a jar of pesto. After I open it, should I keep it in the fridge or the pantry?

It should be kept in the fridge. It's kind of like a salad dressing if you leave it out it will become watery and nasty!

Store pesto in the refridgerator and if you are not going to use it for a while, you can freeze it.

I always make my own and have found the best way to store it is to freeze it in ice cube trays then put into a baggie after ward. It stores for a really long time and you only have to take out the amount you are going to use.
