Where to take my elderly mum in fiji?

Question

i have immagrated from england to new zealand. My mum who is 70 is coming to stay with me for a couple of months, its a long way to travel so i would like to be able to make the most of it for her.

i want some where not to over croweded but near some resraunts, bars maybe a few shops/market. she is not dissabled and get around ok within reason. Must be near a beach
