Where u'll choose 4 work in Spring, Help me!?

I have to choose one of these. I'm not american but my english is fine.And i don't know much about any of them. So please help me choose a good place and a place that i also can find the2nd job easily.

Salt Lake is the largest city, so more opportunties for a second job there, but for best location honestly Galveston, TX, that restaurant will have more traffic= more money, and you'll like the location best of all, you can go to the beach, have some fun, and make good money.
