Where was Winston Churchill's famous "Never Give In" speech given" As in what city?

Churchill delivered this speech to the students of Harrow School (of which he was a former pupil) which is situated in Harrow on the Hill just on the northern borders of London. Technically it is in the county of Middlesex but it retains the title of London Borough of Harrow.
