  1. You mean the cotton fabric?  Probably in England, as the majority of the world's supply is made in British mills these days.  


  2. Moleskin was developed, not invented, sometime in the 14th century for hunting apparel. There is no specific reference so England is a good guess. It was found to be durable enough for use in foundries for aprons to protect workers against molten metal splashing. The blister kit was developed in the U.S. in Kentucky.
