  1. Pretty much since humans first started to settle on lands, genocides would have started. As others before said, the Old Testament describes several genocides perpetrated both by the Israelites and against the Israelites.

Genocidal behaviour is not unique to humans. Chimpanzee troops have been observed to conduct warfare against each other and annihilate competing tribes to take over the land. Here's to hoping that one day our big brains will help us overcome our more primitive behaviours...

  2. Go back to around 40BC in Southeast when the China's started to kill off The Montagnard People

just because they were on the Land first /the china's tryed to also push these People up into the Mountain area hoping they would die there  but they didn't

  3. I will argue that God did not cause it but instead hatred for God and the people in the Bible (Israelites and the like) who followed Him who began the first acts of Genocide.

  4. The first time a tribe of primitive humans wiped out another. The answer to your second part is whoever led the raid......For the rest even the Bible in the Old Testament has examples of God ordered destruction of enemies of Israel

  5. well if you believe the bible in all its absurdity.  God was part of the first genocides
