I do not think we can.  Anyway its way to much except for commercial reasons.  I buy chicken b*****s or fillet steak and slice it thinly and stir fry it and then use it in home made kebabs. Yummy

you can make your own. just marinate any meat with garlic, onions, wine ( and a little vinegar) a bay leaf , if you can find musk put a little ,salt and plenty of pepper and spices.

fry, bake or bbq and roll in a loaf of lebanese bread with tomatoes, lettuce and tahimi sauce ( which is sesame paste, lemon juice and a little salt)

Are you talking about Shish Kebab meat?  Most grocery  stores have it, if not ask the meat dept. to cut some for you.. Aloha
