I just left there last week  and it seems to me that everyone uses mapcity.com, well at least everyone I came into contact with. All of my cousins and uncles use it and so do their friends so I'd go with that.  Personally I prefer taking the metro and walking.. It's just so beautiful

Mapquest, Google Maps, Yahoo Maps don't have maps for Chile yet.  The one I've used is planos.cl: http://www.planos.cl/streetguide/streetg...
