Middle of the table to me, little has been done to improve the team apart from the odd mediocre signing . There squad is thread bare and once they have a couple of injury's i believe they will struggle :)

I'm going to be optimistic and say 6th.

They are a very good team with good players that just need to start playing well together. It's all upto the coach and the passion from the players now.

Players like Michael Owen, Damien Duff... are amazing. They can certainly do well in the premiership.

With the current squad 9th. But Kevin Keegan seems very sure he will get in 3 or 4 more signings, i trust him and if they are the same quality as Gutierrez, Colloccini and Guthrie then top 6 is very achievable.

I think those predicting bottom half are judging us on last season, Kevin Keegan was managing a team that Fat Sam Allardyce had managed to extract all confidence out of them. When he managed to get the confidence back in to them we went on a run towards the end of the season. Mike Ashley is also promising a 'world class' signing.

I honestly believe we will finish 6th while playing some of the best football in the league.
