Where will i find the colour code number on a peugeot 105

I need to get a door for a peugeot 105 and need the code to match the colours

I think they are normally on the Engine Chassis, try looking around the engine.

The Peugeot 105 does not exist, sorry.  The 104, introduced in 1972, ended production in 1988??

And the 106 began production in 1991 until 2003.

Do you mean a Peugeot 205??  Then the color code is under the bonnet, near the top of the shock absorber. I have seen only 4 numbers, like 1360.

ALSO get the door hinges at the same time, because it is very difficult to remove the old door, and save the hinges...on a 205.

My car is a fiat, but the colour code is on the boot door when you open it - not sure if this will help you though!

my pug 306 has 4 letters eg HFRT on the vin plate and on a sticker on the top of the shock absorber under the bonnet

I know in my Peugeot 206 it used to be just inside the door (passenger i think)
