any where just  go out side your house and find any electronics  shop,

best  market is  Nehru place but don`t  go for just one earplug

I think you need them for medical purposes, right? Then I suggest you to go to 'Bhagirath Palace Market'. Its in Chandni Chowk just opposite the Red Fort crossing traffic signal on main ISBT-Daryaganj road. It is preceded by 'Lajpat Rai Market' which is known for cheap-but-good-quality electronic equipments. You will get not only such kind of surgical equipments, but also medicines. And believe me, you will get a hefty discount as well if compared to your local retailer. I bought certain equipments and medicines for my mother and I got a whopping discount of almost 40% on total bill!

But if you are looking for something related to computers, then proceed to Nehru Place. Its really good. But do negotiate well before you actually buy here.
