Where will the AFL find the money for the future markets fund?

Watched Andrew Demitriou(sp) or as GFC barracker calls him the rocket scientist on the ABC today and he pledged 20 million for a future market fund and its likely to double as the two new clubs entry date gets closer.

Where do they get the cash for that?

I love my footy but I wouldnt want any of the money I spend to go to establishing new clubs.

Surely this money could be used for something else?
