Where will the new arena for Pittsburg be and has construction started?

The new arena is being built across the street from the Mellon arena where a hotel was once located. It's not too far from the original - walk out of entrance door 1, walk through the parking lot and across the street and you're there.

The demolition is way under way.... they blew down the one hotel place but the arena will be around the orangish red church... heres a sketch...http://thesportsroadtrip.wnymedia.net/bl...

SO I hope the reference to the church helps, but otherwise its across the street but in the same large area...

-the new arena is being constructed across the street from Mellon Arena. demolition has started and the Pens website has a new construction web cam set up- although it seems to be going slowly.

Right across the street from the Mellon Arena.  And no, construction hasn't started, but they have started the demolition to clear the site.
