Where will the new downloadable Madden NFL 09 cover be available?

Madden NFL 09 will make its return this Tuesday (8/12/08) but the cover boy, Brett Favre, was traded to my team, the NY Jets. ESPN reports that there will be a downloadable print out of Brett Favre as a NY Jet. Do any of you know where this will be available? I hear it's free.

It's only worth it to get a cover if you bought the game only, if you have the collector's edition then there's not point of creating a cover. Best thing for them to do is pull out some of Farve's salary and have everyone send in their disc for a different cover so EA can be reimbursed. LOL.
