I like watching tito fight, i do think he's an ***, but i do like watching him fight.  And as much as i was turned off by this elitexc bout, if he went there, i'd watch it again.

I thought i heard he wanted to start his own to compete with UFC?  I don't know where but i heard it.

After Elite XC's showing on CBS, Tito would be absolutely nuts to go with Shaw. Elite XC has very little competition in the LHW division and it is much more likely that he will seek a partnership with Affliction given that Donald Trump is now directly involved in the Affliction promotion. Trump has already expressed that he wants Tito to join the Affliction brand and this leads me to believe that Tito will receive two things that he wants: A) Good Pay and B) Respect from the owners for what he brings to the table.

If Tito does in fact sign with Affliction, the UFC will be seeing the most relevant and powerful competition to their monopoly since Pride.

Elite XC need Ortiz if they are to survive. Ortiz has hinted that he would like to rematch against Frank Shamrock, but I can't picture those two finding a managable catchweight. It's been a long time since Tito was a Middleweight... Tito vs. Kimbo would be interesting down the road, but Kimbo needs to get some skills and quality wins before that could happen.
