maybe find someone in your local area, such as a carpenter or possibly handyman, who would be willing to make you one if you cant find something you like elsewhere.

Would it have a rubber/eraser on one end? Can it be sharpened?

try ebay or contact your local woodworker? see if you can get a special order (would cost alot)

Ooo, i got it, go buy a wooden dowel from Home Depot, thick like the closet rod thickness, have the guys there cut it down for you to the height you need it, and paint it to look like a pencil!!!

If it's only to be used as a gag item for a night or something like that, maybe try finding a giant blowup toy pencil somewhere, maybe accoutrements.com and try blowing the flat tire fixer stuff you can get at auto parts stores into it?

You could also try taking a bunch of cheap pencils (like a LOAD of them) and glue them all together and make your own! You could make it thick, and tall enough and use a PVA glue used for bookbinding!
