what an odd question!

you could always just try that huge sulfur depository just out side of Quebec, y'kno, that one place there?  eh?.  that's where i get all mine from.  its free once you get past the mutant guard dogs that not tragically ripped apart Michael Vick, and are able to withstand the toxicity of pure sulfur entering your lungs and burning the h**l out of your defenseless alveoli.

Try POOL, they always have all types of fertilizers.

I would think that Sulfur in Canada should be readily available.  You might try your local fertilizer store if you want it in quantity.  It is a by product of the oil industry so you might also go to refineries.
