Where would I find the DCN Number on my Tax form 1040EZ?? Or where is it??

The DCN was in the confirmation email from when you filed the return.

If you don't have the email and are now attempting to file the 8453-ol, you have to call the irs and ask that someone look at the database for the efiled returns.  The number for the 8453 form is a "temporary" dcn and *always* starts with 00-
