Where would I go in Chicago, if my 3 year old neice is model/commercial material?

Okay, my neice is 3 years old and she is a star already. The only thing is, we don't know where to put her for modelling or anything in Chicago. She loves to sing and take tons of pictures and not shy at all. So my question to you brillant people, where should we go to find her an agency?
