  1. Call your local hospital's outreach program.

  2. Your local Red Cross

  3. Would you work on your own, for an employer, or for a certification organization?

Anyone can take the 'train the trainer' classes that the American Red Cross (ARC), American Heart Association (AHA), and National Safety Council (NSC) run. It takes a few days and costs over $100, sometimes well over $100.

If you want a job teaching it, or to volunteer teaching for the ARC, NSC, or AHA, you would then apply to them for a teaching position.

If you want to teach it for a specific group, club, company, etc., you would set up an account for that group. The details of this differ between the three certifiers.

If you want to 'freelance', you'll need to talk to them- as far as I know they are not real big on that due to the lack of standards that have occured in the past.
