Where would I go to search for jobs off shore?

Question

My husband is an electrical supervisor for a company out of Texas. He travels the US building Supercenter Wal Marts and Lowe's. We have 2 little ones at home and he is ready to get off the road traveling. We are located in MS right now. He makes really good money on the road therefore it is going to be hard finding a local place to pay about the same. We have thought about him working off shore since they usually stay out 2 weeks and home 2 weeks. We just don't know where to start as far as complanys. Any suggestions would be great!

if i had any suggestions i'd have tried them myself first. i'd give anything for a two week holiday.......every month......whoops......
